The information you have supplied, to us regarding scammers profiles, will have your personal name and contact information removed, or altered to protect your identity. When requesting background checks or investigations, if ever your name and contact information are ever requested by any party, you will be contacted first for your permission before we continue, so you know what is involved. This is done to protect you and your identity from any scammers or possible groups they may be affiliated with. We appreciate your contribution of information to our site and your privacy will be protected to the best of our ability at all times. Liability In regards to our scammers profiles, we do our very best to provide you with accurate reliable profiles. Upon receiving information concerning a suspected scammer, we take steps to verify the source and the story. The staff of RWBL will contact the person giving us the information, and try to get as many possible details as they can provide. At that time they will be reminded of the accusations they are making and ask if they are confident that the information is factual and can be substantiated. First:-We then attempt to find any collaborating evidence on any other antiscamming site, and check our data banks for references if any concerning this possible scammer. Second:- We try to contact the accused scammer for her side or opinion concerning her part in this scam or attempted scam. Third:- We contact the dating site or agency where the lady first made contact from, for any details they may be able to supply us with. Also to see if they have any other reports of abuse about this member they have. Fourth:- We post the profile of the suspected scammer on our site, and update as we receive information concerning her through other site visitors, and our continuing investigation for evidence for or against said scammer We do not take these accusations of these suspected scammers lightly, this is very serious for all concerned. Their are victims on both sides, and that is why we do our best to verify information the best we possibly can before displaying any profiles on line. We do reserve the right to remove story line or information that we feel not appropriate in our opinion for display on this site and the viewing of the general public. If contacted by the suspected scammer and proof is supplied to us that we feel is suitable we will remove her profile, or better yet display her side of the story to show who the real victim is in her opinion. This site is her to protect all people, men and women alike. Victims are on both sides of these stories, many women don't even know their photo's have been stolen and used in a crime, and they deserve protection too. Even though we take ever possible step to verify the information we at RWBL can not be held liable for false information that has been given to us and displayed on this web site.Any untruthful acts, depictions, accounts or representations which may be considered defamatory, presenting false light, misinformation, misrepresentation or otherwise harmful or hurtful are purely unintentional. Anyone believing that there is information contained on this website which is untrue, inaccurate or otherwise unduly harmful to any individual or entity may contact the staff at RWBL and, upon submission of reasonable proof or after providing other satisfactory reason or explanation, we may agree to remove or modify this information at the discretion of RWBL.
