I was scammed by this woman from Almaty last year. She began to ask me for money and said that all the girls at her agency in Almaty, EW Love, as I recall, received money. I sent her a little money (feel foolish) and then she suggested I buy her Mother a $4,000 flat. That way her son, who could not leave the country (no paternal permission) would have a place to stay when she moved to America to live happily ever after with me. Make sense? Not to me.
So I got a few free e-mail addresses and sent her 3 intro letters all with different phony men's names. Like clockwork, she answered all of them with identical letters to the very first letter she wrote me.
She has been banned from Cherry Blossoms, but will sneak back in every once in a while. |
