I bought her address on your web site. I got an anwser very soon after. We were exchanging letters thru internet since this time. Her email address is : exsite@ua.fm In fact she has changed email addresses sometimes. We were corresponding a lot and then I decided to go to Ukraine to meet her at the begining of April. She has decided to meet me in Yalta and not in Sevastopol. We have spent a complete week together. I have offered her a lot of gifts for about 1200$. Also I brought her in a very nice hotel in Yalta and in all best restaurants. At the end of the week we decided that she will come to see me in France. But I needed to pay for everything for her of course. She needed to get a lot of papers to get her visa. I have sent her money by western union. I gave her 830$ only for her to get her visa. She was supposed to come to see me in August. But after some times after my last western union transfer of 350$ she told me that she decided to go back with her previous boyfriend a Russian man from Moscow (letter_122.txt). I have sent her flowers, I was phoning her telling her she couldn't do this to me. I was even crying on the phone because I was attached to this young woman. But nothing had changed her mind. She was always lying to me but I only understand this now. She always pretended in all of here letters that she got strong feelings for me ! She pretended that she went to Kiev to French Embassy in April after I came back to France (letter_77.txt). But it is not possible because she didn't get an appointment with visas service in French Embassy. And I have phoned them recently, they don't receive anyone who is asking for a visa without an appointment ! On the 14th of July she has also pretending to go back to French Embassy in Kiev and there she was told that she didn't get an official paper from me (letter_124.txt). I had already sent her all needed papers. But in fact the problem is not there. Again she would have needed an appointment to go to French Embassy and to be received by visas service. But the 14th of July is Holiday in France (birthday of French revolution) and nobody is working. I have phoned on 14th of July in the afternoon to French Embassy. There was only one man at the entrance who answered me that the French Embassy was closed ! And especially the visas service was closed. So it was not possible that she could have been in Kiev to French Embassy on 14th of July !!! I told her all this in my last letter. Also as I understood she never used my money to get any paper for her visa I have asked her to refund me. She told me in a letter (letter_123.txt) that she will refund. Her boyfriend is supposed to be a rich Russian man and it will be no problem for him. She was supposed to be in holidays during two weeks (of course getting good time with my money !) with her family. But I suceeded to get her mother on the phone during this period ! After she came back from her holidays I have phoned her (today evening) and I have asked her to give explaination about the all story. As I asked her again to refund my money, she told me that she will never refund me and that I need to go to ukraine to see her to get back my money !!! She also pretended she never wrote me a lot of things she really wrote to me !!! It is crazy ! I have joined some of her letters. I can't send you all of them (I have received 124 messages from her in 6 months and a lot of very short of course) ! Sometimes she used to send me until 4 messages (one letter with 3 short messages telling me that I was her wish, she was kissing me, she was so happy to have met me and so on !...) I have only sent you the most important ones I think. Now I understand that I have spent 6 months of my life hoping she could have been the woman of my life ! Since the begining I got very involved with this relationship. I also have spent and lost a lot of money. I am a very lonely man and I need to say also a sensitive man ! This story has broken me ! I understand that maybe my explainations were not enough clear. To clarify the story and to give you all needed details, after our meeting with her we decided that she will come to see me in France. So I have sent her money in order for her to pay for all papers needed to get a visa for France. But I was not completely confident and I didn't accept to send her the global amount in only one transfer. However she was asking me to do this on the telephone and she was telling me I didn't trust her ! (This young woman is very clever !) In fact she needed time to gather all papers and I know it was not necessary for her to get all the money immediately as it takes time in Ukraine to get papers. So she pretended she went to Kiev to French Embassy two times : The first one in April after the week spent with her in Yalta. I know she lied because she told me on the phone she went to the French Embassy directly without giving them a phone call first (it was to make a surprise to me !). And recently I have learnt from the Embassy that they never receive anybody who doesn't get an appointment. So when she was explaining me that they didn't accept her demand for her visa for different reasons it is not possible as she wouldn't have been able to talk with people from visas service without an appointment. Then she wrote me she knows what to do. She wanted to use services of persons she knew to get papers thru a "non-official" way. But she needed money to pay for all of this (see letter_77.txt). I should have been much more suspicious at this time because she was enumerating the needed papers to get the visa and the list of papers she mentioned didn't match the right list of papers it is necessary to gather to get a visa for France (see letter_77.txt). Also she told me the visa' s price was 50$. But the visa for people less than 25y.o is free (and she is 24y.o). It is possible to get all those informations from French Embassy Web site (http://www.ambafrance.kiev.ua). Since her letter 77 I have sent her the official list of papers needed. I have also filled the French form in French for her visa demand based on the answers she sent me in English. I have also sent her a copy of my passport and an invitation letter. The second time she pretended to go to Kiev to French Embassy was on 14th of July (see letter_124.txt). But this is not possible. The 14th of July I have called the French Embassy and nobody was working as it was holiday in France (birthday of French revolution). There was only a man at the entrance of the Embassy who told me on the phone that nobody was working in visas service. Also he told me that he didn't see any woman named Natasha Garbovska coming to the Embassy in the morning to ask for visa ! Again she told me that people in French Embassy told her she coudln't get a visa for different reasons. But she lied again as she wouldn't have been able to meet anybody on French Embassy on this particular day ! About her flight ticket for France, I told her I will pay for it in France and she would have been able to get it at Air France desk in Borispol Airport. But she never accepted this. First she wanted me to send her money to pay her flight ticket by herself. In July, on the telephone she told me it was not easy for her to go to Borispol Airport as she went to Kiev from Simferopol thru another airport. Then she told me she wanted to pay her flight ticket by herself asking money to her friends. At this time I told her she couldn't do this and that I didn't want to give her any problems with this trip. As then she insisted to get her flight ticket by herself (after understanding I would have never sent her money to pay the ticket), I told her on the telephone that I was prefering her to cancel her trip rather than giving her money problems with it ! And just after this she hung up the telephone. I have tried to call her back every day after this event but I never suceeded to get her on the telephone. I also sent her a mail everyday but I never received any answer for a while. So I have sent 25 flowers at her home for her with a message telling her I worried a lot after she hung up the telephone after our last phone call. Then I received the letter number 122 in which she told me she went back with her previous boyfriend etc... What I understand now but maybe too late is that she staid in contact with me as long as she knows I would have sent her money for visa. She never intended to come to see me. She asked me to send her all needed money in one time but I didn't accept this ! She pretended she got all needed papers in the begining of July and at this time (one month before she was supposed to come to see me) she broke up our relationship pretending her previous boyfriend came back at her home to ask her to become his wife. I remember she was talking about a guy from Moscow when we were together in Yalta. At this time she was telling me that she was during two years with this man but she broke up her relationship one year ago ! And just during the period she was supposed to prepare her trip to France this man came back and she decided to go back with him. In Yalta she told me that one year ago she didn't accept to get married with him as he was asking her to be his wife. But now in one week-end she was able to change her mind !!! What I don't accept is that she was in contact with me during 6 months. She was always sending me letters in which she told me she got strong feelings for me. She also told me she was in a hurry to come to see me. She pretended she got all needed papers to get her visa on the begining of July but I don't believe her. If she is really sincere she would have used the money I sent her to pay for the papers. So now she is supposed to get : the french form visa demand filled in French by myself a photo her passport a health insurance for her trip for Schengen area my invitation letter and a copy of my passport a job certificate a marital status certificate (the flight ticket I was about to pay for it in France and to deliver it to her in Borispol Airport) But I am sure she used my money for completely other aim than to get her visa for France. But I have realize the all truth after receiving her letter 124 (see letter_124.txt) because she made a mistake with 14th of July ! Then I wrote her I understood she was not fair with me she was playing with me and my feelings as she was lying to me. After she came back on 28th of July from two weeks of holidays I gave her a phone call asking her for explainations about her behaviour and all her lies. I also asked her to refund me as she never used my money to get her visa. I was so furious that I even asked her to refund me for all the gifts I gave her as she was lying and unfair with me since the begining ! My attraction for her was turned into a big anger while I understood she was abusing me ! She told me she will not refund me and I need to go back to Ukraine to get my money back. Also she was asking me if I was considering that ..."Russian women were cheaper than French women"... to reuse her exact words !!! And then she hung up the telephone ! Even if her behaviour was not fair at all with me, I want that she proofs me she really uses my money to get her visa. She needs to proof me she gets all the papers needed as she pretends ! If she is able to do this I will stop complaining about her as I am a gentleman. But I am sure she was scamming me and I don't accept treachery and lies at all ! I think she is really a very clever and also machiavellian girl it is even incredible ! I remember for instance she wrote me in one of her letters that she saw at the Ukrainian TV a story about Ukrainian people who were able to scam western men in very short time for more than 40 000$. And she was telling me how much sad she was considering this story to be as then western men will see in Russian women only dishonest persons ! She was always writing things to me to comfort me with my thoughts about her and her honesty ! I was really blind ! I don't think she intended to scam many men and even to do this intensively !
